Privacy on our websites

level46games.com · Last updated 7 October 2026

In short: our websites set no cookies and do not track you. We count visits without cookies, and if you ask us to tell you when a game is out, we keep your e-mail address only for that one e-mail.

This page is about the websites on level46games.com. Each game has its own privacy policy for the game itself, for example Tiny Toy Car Turbo and Kludgeworks.

Who we are

LEVEL46 Games is the game studio of Svenska IT Rådet AB, Sweden. Contact: support@level46games.com.

Visiting the website

Hosting: the pages are served by Cloudflare. To deliver them and protect them against abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type. We don't see or keep it.
Fonts: the pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when you open a page.
Visitor statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It uses no cookies, does not follow you across sites and gives us only totals, never who you are.
No cookies: the websites set no cookies of their own, and there are no ads or trackers.

"Tell me when it's out"

If you leave your e-mail address in a "Notify me" form, we store the address, which game you asked about and when you signed up. We use it for one thing: to send you one e-mail when that game is released. Then we delete your address. We never share it, sell it or use it for anything else.

Legal basis: your consent, which you give by signing up. You can withdraw it at any time.
Where it is kept: in a database at Cloudflare, our hosting provider, who processes it on our behalf.
For grown-ups: the form is meant for parents and other adults. Children should ask a grown-up to sign up for them.
Your rights: e-mail support@level46games.com to see, correct or delete your address. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
